What You're Signing Up For

This course covers the principal issues and practices in Aotearoa-New Zealand’s commercial fruit crop production. Students will learn about the establishment and management of selected fruit crops, focusing on biology, crop management practices such as pruning, training, fertilisation, irrigation, fruit quality and harvesting, as well as commercial activities such as seeding, potting, pricing, advertising, and plant arrangement for sale.

A minimum of 60 credit points from specified courses

Any level 100, 200, or 300 course

Restriction: Fruit Crop Production, HORT-72
