Critically review and discuss animal behaviour research
Students will be able to critically review and discuss current research in areas such as breeding strategies, helping behaviour, optimality theory, communication, and monitoring of vertebrates.

Analyse and evaluate animal behaviour research
Students will be able to analyse and review contemporary animal research on key topics such as breeding, helping behaviour, communication, and optimality theory.

Develop communication and behavioural observation skills
Students will assess their experience and learnings in communicating ideas about animal behaviour, observing behaviours, and using relevant tools for recording and analysing behaviour.
