The Beauty Therapy STAR course offers students the opportunity to gain foundational knowledge of the theory underpinning beauty therapy practices. Designed for secondary school students via the STAR scheme, this course covers the history and trends of beauty therapy, as well as essential anatomy and physiology relevant to beauty practice.

- Demonstrate knowledge of current fashion trends and history related to beauty therapy (Unit 27640)
- Describe the relevance of anatomy and physiology knowledge to beauty therapy practice (Unit 27641)

Must be a NZ secondary school student enrolled via the school's STAR/Gateway Co-ordinator
